
Here is an age group summary for The Weight Room as well as the Fall Schedule that begins effective 8/2/21.
Ages 8-12
Power, Speed & Agility Class
In this class we introduce strength training along with speed & agility work as well as finishing with a conditioning workout during each class. The focus of this group is improving body weight mechanics and introducing minor loading with dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds and medicine balls, we also work on speed & agility training through sprinting, speed ladders, jumping and more.

Youth Olympic Weightlifting
Youth Olympic Weightlifting introduce and refine the weightlifting movements of the snatch and the clean and jerk. We compete as a team and often travel to local meets as well as national events.
